Dr David Keane (Wellington-based international trainer, speaker, author and coach who is an expert on enabling organisations to achieve superior performance by providing their teams with skills and behaviours of high-performing people) ‘Success Hacks for Busy Leaders’,
David will look at The Art of Deliberate Success as a way of thinking about the 10 behaviours of successful people. What do we really mean about being successful? How are stress management and success related? What everyday behaviours lead to success in both our professional and personal lives? How can we measure ourselves against the 10 behaviours and how to focus on areas that will give the most impact?
Mike Malloy (Principal of Knight Stream School) Mike will share his story of establishing a new school.
Murray Overton (Principal of Kaiapoi Borough) Murray will be sharing the results of his sabbatical which was based around the question ‘Can the effective coaching of school leaders lift and accelerate student achievement?’
Dr. Cheryl Doig (Leadership Lab) and Leigh Fowler (DP Clearview) Cheryl will explore some of the ways in which leaders can support non-linear change. How do you work with people who have diverse needs and expectations? How can you balance freedom and structure?
